Models
Debale-a-Bale installations are available in static or mobile format and are bespoke to customer requirements.
Fixed: operated by electric motors or hydraulic power pack; include loading and feeding conveyors, shredding unit, weigh cell technology and cyclones to separate foreign objects.
Mobile: hydraulically powered and truly self-loading both high and low-density bales.
Both formats handle all forms of feedstock measuring less than 300mm including paper, plastic, wood chip and straw.

Debale-a-Bale has been developed by Spread-a-Bale, established bale breaking specialists and market leaders with 20 years of bale shredding experience in the land based industries and market leader.
More than 2,500 straw de-balers are in operation in the UK and in over 20 countries in five continents.
Award winning Spread-a-Bale was invented, developed and patented by former dairy farmer, Michael Hughes. Today, he heads up the company which has a British manufacturing base and exclusive UK and Ireland dealerships.
In 2019, the company agreed to diversify and enter the recycling sector with Debale-a-Bale which has a similar design concept. All installations are bespoke and ultimately designed to increase customers’ competitive advantage and efficiency.
